From: Zika virus infection in Malaysia: an epidemiological, clinical and virological analysis

Phylogenetic tree of partial envelope gene (574 bp) of the Zika virus. The tree was inferred using the Neighbor-Joining method [62]. The tree was drawn to scale, with branch lengths in the same units as those of the evolutionary distances used to infer the phylogenetic tree. The evolutionary distances were computed using the Maximum Composite Likelihood method [63] and were in the units of the number of base substitutions per site. The analysis involved 36 nucleotide sequences. Evolutionary analyses were conducted in MEGA5.05 [64]
